Grow at a speed you’re comfortable with. Trust us when we say that if you follow this advice, you’re going to develop into an influential and unstoppable force!

The number one destroyer of entrepreneurs is fear. The hardest thing that you will ever do is take that first step out of your comfort zone. It’s difficult to embrace the unknown. However, to be a successful entrepreneur, you have to embrace what frightens you. Our team members here at Atlas Hartmann believe that the greatest obstacle to overcome is accepting failure. The fear of not succeeding has stopped many entrepreneurs in their tracks. What we teach our people is that they have to shift their way of thinking. There is no such thing as win or lose. You either win, or you learn. Every time your career takes a hit, be a sponge and soak up as much detail as you can. Now you are better equipped to take the next step and the next hit.
We want to wrap up this short list of tips with one that correlates with our company values.
