Meet Quinne Reagan: Bringing Heart and Hustle to Recruiting

April 21, 2025by atlashartmann0

At just 22 years old, Quinne Reagan is already making an impact as a Hiring Recruiter. Since joining Atlas Hartmann in December 2024, she’s brought drive, empathy, and a fresh perspective to the world of HR and talent acquisition. With a strong foundation in customer service and a natural eye for potential, Quinne is all about connecting people with opportunities and doing it with heart.

From the South to South Florida

Quinne’s journey began in Missouri, but her Southern roots were planted in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and later in Gulf Shores, Alabama. She spent most of her childhood along the Gulf Coast before moving to Palm Beach, Florida, after high school to pursue education and career growth.

Though she began college right away, Quinne quickly discovered that her chosen degree path didn’t align with her passions. That experience, while challenging, was eye-opening. It helped her uncover what she valued most and led her to carve her own professional path. The move not only shaped her independence but also introduced her to lasting friendships and a deeper understanding of who she wanted to become.

Finding Her Fit at Atlas Hartmann

With a background in retail sales and customer service, Quinne was no stranger to people-oriented roles. When she was introduced to the idea of recruiting, something clicked. The opportunity to meet new people every day, connect them with meaningful careers, and grow her own skill set all felt like the right next step. Since joining Atlas Hartmann, she’s already expanded her industry knowledge, developed new strategies, and brought in quality candidates who align with the company’s values.

One of her most successful efforts so far has been implementing a data-driven recruitment strategy. By tracking key metrics, she has been able to streamline the hiring process, focus on the most effective sourcing channels, and reduce time to hire, all while improving the quality of the candidates selected.

Quinne looks for more than just a strong resume. She values adaptability, communication, positivity, and a strong work ethic. Her approach to recruiting is rooted in transparency, active listening, and mutual respect. She strives to make every candidate feel heard and supported, regardless of the outcome.

Passion, Progress, and Perspective

When asked about her leadership style, Quinne describes it as collaborative and supportive. She thrives on independent motivation but values the strength of a positive team culture. She’s intentional about staying connected to Atlas Hartmann’s goals through regular communication with her team. She believes that workplace culture is a key factor in employee satisfaction and long-term success.

Outside of work, Quinne is a trained dancer with experience in ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and more. Dance is a creative outlet that showcases both her discipline and passion. She also recently reached a major personal milestone: becoming a homeowner at just 22! Finally, at the heart of her motivation is her mom, who remains her greatest inspiration, instilling in her the value of pursuing passion over perfection and leading with love, even during life’s toughest moments.

Looking Ahead

Quinne may be early in her career, but she’s already proven herself to be a valuable asset to our team. With a calm presence, sharp instincts, and a deep care for others, she’s redefining what it means to be a great recruiter.

Atlas Hartmann is proud to have Quinne on board, and we’re excited to see where her journey takes her next!
